This beautiful luxury apartment is situated  right in the heart of Padova in a charming building overlooking Piazza delle Erbe, just in front the Palazzo della Ragione and within walking distance to all the best sites and Padua’s historical monuments.

 

It can accommodate up to 4 people.Two bedrooms; master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, the flat is perfect for one or two couples that wish an unforgettable vacation right in the city centre!

 

This wonderful accommodation is tastefully furnished with many antique pieces of furniture. Charming ancient paintings on the walls, wooden ceiling and marble floor give it a particular touch and contribute to a nice atmosphere.

 

It is located on the first floor and there is a lift to the apartment. This apartment has a very roomy and luxury living room tastefully furnished with an enviable view on the closest Piazza delle Erbe. In the living room there are sofas, paintings, ancient furnitures, bookshelves and dining table.

 

The house has a well equipped kitchen, with all the basic supplies for cooking, including fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, electric toaster, so everything if you wish cooking your meals during your stay!

 

It is extremely comfortable for your pleasant stay.

 

The 2 separated bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, they facing on a private courtyard, so they are very silent and quiet. In the master bedroom there are a double king size bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 separated single beds for 2 people. They can become another king size bed, if you prefer.

 

There are two bathrooms: the main marble bathroom has a large tub with handheld shower, toilet, bidet and sink. In the second bathroom there are also a shower and the washing machine.

 

You could enjoy the fresh foods, fruits and vegetables at the daily markets in the 3 nearest squares, as well as breads, wines, coffee and more by simply walking out of the apartment. The best coffee bars, restaurants and pastries, supermarkets and shops are all around, just a few steps from the house.

 

The railway station is only 15 minute walking or 3 minutes by bus and it is easy to get from the apartment. Taxi and bus stop are close by, at less than 50 metres, and the public transport is clean and efficient. Venice can be reached in about 30 minutes by train.

 

There are no garage since the flat is right in the pedestrian area. If you are travelling by car, we will give you all the information to get the apartment and then the nearest private garages or free parking zone.
